Receive ongoing text support during pregnancy, real time phone and text guidance during labor, and four weeks of postpartum support after your baby arrives. Perfect for families who want trusted doula guidance, encouragement, and evidence based support without in person birth attendance.

This Mindful Birth Class is a 4-week series that meets once a week for 2 hours. This class is designed to help you prepare for both with knowledge, confidence, and support. Together we explore the physiology of birth, comfort techniques, partner support, and how to navigate decisions during labor.

This class blends evidence based education with practical tools so you can approach birth feeling informed, empowered, and connected to your instincts.

Classes will be held on Fridays from 5pm-7pm at Thistle and Fern Midwifery 2208 W 2nd Ave #3B Spokane, WA 99201
